- Turn off the washing machine and unplug it.
- Remove the washing machine panel to access the pump.
- Drain the washer by opening the pump cover or using the drain hose.
- Clean the pump chamber in order for the blades to spin easily.

- Pour 1 liter of water inside the detergent drawer to make sure the pump is not leaking.
